We are two founders building fast — an e-commerce advertising agency with 20–25 people and a mentorship business for other agency owners. We travel, we work hard, we live well, and we are growing quickly. We need someone who can keep up with us, stay ahead of us, and make sure nothing ever falls through the cracks.

What Your Life Will Look Like

You will not be sitting in a grey office answering phones.

When we are in Dubai — which is most of the year — you will be working with us in person. Sometimes at a villa. Sometimes at a café. Sometimes at an event we are throwing. You will be part of the environment, not on the outside of it.

You will know our preferences better than we do. You will have already handled things before we think to ask. You will be the reason our lives run smoothly — and you will take genuine pride in that.

This role blends executive support, personal assistance, and life operations. On any given day you might be managing our calendars, coordinating a group trip for 20 people, tracking our supplement stock, uploading content to our mentorship platform, sending a proposal to a client, booking a blood test, or organizing a content shoot. No two days look the same.

What You Will Own

For the Agency

• Both founders' calendars — protecting their time, sending reminders, handling follow-ups during sales calls
• Contracts and proposals — adjusting and sending on our behalf
• Client communication support and event coordinationFor the Mentorship Business

• Content uploads, module management, and platform organization on Skool
• Turning call recordings into SOPs and training materials using AI
• Client onboarding admin — adding people to groups, resolving access issues
• Slide decks, presentations, and supporting materials
• In-person event organization as we scaleFor General Business

• Owning both founders' task lists — nothing slips, nothing is late, nothing is forgotten
• Tracking open loops and chasing completions without being asked
• Keeping us accountable to our own commitmentsFor Our Personal Lives

• Meal plans aligned with our fitness goals — calculating macros, liaising with our chef or meal prep provider, adjusting as goals change
• Health bookings — blood tests, doctor appointments, healthcare communication and billing
• Full travel logistics — flights, hotels, itineraries, all of it handled to our preferences
• Group coordination — trips, dinners, events — payments, headcounts, communication, all organized
• Email and calendar management
• In-person presence in Dubai — content shoots, videographer sourcing, location scouting
• Errands, online orders, returns, package pickups, building management, banking
• Supplement inventory tracking and restocking before we run out
• Banking issues — calls, in-person visits, access issues, refund chasing
Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in an EA, PA, Life Manager, or Chief of Staff role
• Based in Dubai — this is non-negotiable
• Verifiably, demonstrably organized — not just self-reported. We will ask you to show us.
• Comfortable working across personal and professional domains simultaneously
• Proficient with AI tools, Google Workspace, and productivity platforms
• Open to occasional travel when needed for events (expenses fully covered)
• Genuinely interested in health, fitness, and biohacking — this is a strong plus, not a nice-to-have
