Job Overview:
As a Director Priority Banking - Signature at Emirates NBD, your role is to manage “Key Customer” relationships across the elite banking base of Priority Banking (PRB). This is the crème-de-la-crème of the PRB base, and essential to manage these Signature clients’ relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience through close coordination with the Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Target and Wealth maximization: Meet all the assigned targets for, revenue & deposit growth, customer acquisition, cross sales, NTB account opening etc.
- Client Relationship Management & Acquisitions: Initiate, develop and retain client relationships, while contributing actively to the business development goals of the unit.
- Customer Service and Contact Management: Ensure that CSAT score is maintained as per the target set by the segment from time to time
- Compliance & Risk: Fully aware of all policies relating to ops risk, sales processes, ethical sales practices etc.
- Business Unit Performance: Able to manage a team of RMs, if provided; provide direction to proactively manage the Customer’s needsSkills and Experience
- 8 - 10 years of banking experience preferably in a sales or relationship management role.
- Experience in client management and handling large teams within UAE/region
