Job Description

• Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies aligned with hotel and MGallery objectives.
• Create compelling campaigns and content that showcase the hotel's unique identity and MGallery's distinctive spirit.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, and the hotel's online presence.
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations to support business performance and guest engagement.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a creative, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect MGallery and Accor brand standards.

Qualifications

Your Experience & Skills Include:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably within luxury or upscale hospitality.
• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, branding, digital marketing, social media, PR, and content creation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, branding, and creating meaningful guest connections.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the distinctive identity, standards, and storytelling of MGallery.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Accor or international luxury hospitality standards is an advantage.
