Digital Marketing Executive

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional with 3–5 years of proven experience in the coffee and Food & Beverage (F&B) industry who can develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company's coffee products, coffee equipment, and café business.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, in-store campaigns, and brand activation events.
• Build and maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the coffee and F&B sector.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop campaigns that increase footfall, customer engagement, and revenue.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, and media partners.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's business objectives and brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience in the coffee and Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of coffee shop marketing, customer engagement, retail promotions, and brand development.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, online advertising, and content creation.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and campaign performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
