Controller - AOCC Terminal

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What you’ll deliver

•You’ll be responsible for monitoring & controlling the communication of the Airport operational activities and facilities.

•You’ll be responsible for monitoring and adjusting the implementation of the tactical plan of operation for Dubai Airports during operation to ensure smooth and safe operation.

•You’ll be responsible for all terminals for regular operations as well as incidents and crisis handling in either DXB or DWC.

•You will Monitor processes in any of the applicable areas: Terminal, Forecourt, Baggage and DWC (Terminal, Baggage and Forecourt).

•You’ll ensure smooth Airport Operation through CCTV and other monitoring systems.

What you bring

•You need to have Higher Diploma / Diploma in Aviation engineering/Management/Related for overall 5 years experience.

•You will need knowledge of International Civil Aviation Safety and security practices as stipulated by IATA/ACI

•You’ll need to be fluent in written and spoken English and strong business writing skills.

•You should have good Knowledge of airline conditions of use and adaptable to work in multi-cultural environment.
