Job Title Area Operations HeadReports To Area ManagerRegion - NorthTravel Required - Yes (75%)Qualifications & Experience:Education • Essential: Graduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.• Preferred: Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in Logistics or Operations.Experience• 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery coordination, or vendor/partner management roles.Understanding of local geography of J&K • Exposure to courier, express logistics, e-commerce delivery, or franchise-based delivery models preferred. Skills & Capabilities:Core Technical Skills• Service Centre operations (including Delivery & pick up operations ) SLA tracking and service quality monitoringOperational MIS and reportingPartner coordination and field execution
Behavioural Competencies• Strong execution discipline• Problem-solving mindset• Effective communication with field partners• Ability to work in dynamic, high-volume operations

Requirements
