The Consulting Associate Principal plays a senior leadership role in driving consulting engagements, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of complex strategic projects. The role is responsible for shaping solutions, leading project teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements across strategic and transformation projects.
• Develop and design high-level strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
• Act as a key advisor to senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with scope.
• Drive business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and opportunity identification.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and offerings.
• Review and approve deliverables to ensure consulting quality standards are met.
• Mentor and guide consulting team members and support capability development.
• Support revenue growth and ensure successful execution of commercial targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
• Strong background in management consulting or Big 4 / strategy firms is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or government projects.
• Strong client management and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
