Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of consulting projects, developing strategic insights, and preparing high-quality client deliverables. The role works closely with Managers and Engagement Leads to execute project workstreams and ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support workstreams within consulting engagements across strategy and transformation projects.
• Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support project outputs.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of workstreams.
• Support client meetings through preparation of materials and presentation of insights.
• Contribute to problem-solving and structuring of project approaches.
• Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables in line with consulting standards.
• Support knowledge sharing and development of best practices within the team.
• Assist in identifying new opportunities within client engagements where applicable. Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
• Experience in management consulting firms (Big 4, strategy firms, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, project-based environments.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
