Consultant Plastic Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, with strong clinical and surgical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Manage complex soft-tissue injuries, wounds, scars, and post-traumatic defects.
• Perform facial, breast, body contouring, and reconstructive procedures as appropriate.
• Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
• Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
• Manage surgical complications and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, maxillofacial surgeons, general surgeons, and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
• Strong expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery.
• Excellent surgical technique, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
