This opportunity suits a motivated Commis I Butcher who is passionate about meat preparation, understands yield and consistency, and is confident engaging with guests in a retail-facing setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cut, trim, and portion a full range of meat products to required specifications
• Maintain high standards of consistency, yield control, and waste management
• Support the Head Butcher with daily production, stock rotation, and section readiness
• Ensure HACCP and hygiene standards are strictly maintained at all times
• Assist with counter displays and product presentation
• Engage confidently with guests, offering product knowledge and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workstationRequirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in butchery or a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of primary and secondary meat cuts and preparation techniques
• Ability to portion accurately and manage wastage effectively
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• English required; Arabic or Hindi advantageous
• Chef background considered a strong advantage

Requirements
