We are seeking an experienced Client Intelligence & Data Manager driven by innovation and impact. Her/His role will be to ensure the successful deployment & measurement of client engagement strategies across all divisions, supervising transversal projects and bringing client intelligence to another level.

The 3 divisions Client Intelligence & Data Manager main missions are

Client Engagement & Client Insights

• Client Intelligence & Data Stewardship:

• Serve as the market referent for all client reports. With direct access to the Client 3 Division database, analyze existing data and build custom reports for the market.

• Leverage data to create meaningful insights that address business needs and problematics.

• Ensure data quality through collection and identification of discrepancies in collaboration with Europe data stewardship.

• Identify opportunities and share them with relevant stakeholders.

• Community animation:

• Explore local best practices, animate local community of ambassador

• Promote the Middle East practices and be an ambassador of the market in Europe communities

Digital tools and data ecosystems

• Implement Client engagement& Data Solutions Linked to Clients Across Our Networks:

• Manage the MBA/MLBB roadmap at the local level and ensure advanced usageacross networks with different level of maturity and expertise.

• Act as a customer success manager regarding the implementation of any other tools linked to the data and client engagement ecosystem.

• Feedback to Europe teams with markets insights

• Lead Transformation on Systems and Tools at a Local Level:

• Support Digital Europe data & CRM transformation roadmap in a transversal manner at local level to elevate our expertise, improve data consistency, and providea comprehensive view on clients and targeting.

• Foster innovative ways of working to maximize relevance and accuracyleveraging AI.

• Digital Transformation & Ecosystems:

• Actively participate in the European digital community, sharing vision and awareness on digital topics.

What you will bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience combining data, client intelligence,technology and strong understanding of business.

• Proficiency in project management and the ability to thrive in a transversal role.

• Process and impact-driven, with the ability to leverageprevious work and be agile across three divisions.

• Problem-Solving Capability: Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude

• Intellectual Curiosity: Mental agility, international outlook, and multicultural sensitivity.

• Excellent communication abilities and an analytical mindset.

• Proven collaboration skills to accompany change at every level and to work effectively in a 360-degree mode within the team.

• Digital Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and digital platforms.

• Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential, and French language skills are highly appreciated.
