This role sits at the center of executive operations, supporting the day-to-day effectiveness of the CEO’s office and helping ensure that critical activities, communications, and materials are managed with consistency and care.
As CEO Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership by bringing structure, responsiveness, and discretion to a dynamic executive environment. This is a high-impact position for someone who is comfortable working closely with leadership, coordinating across stakeholders, and maintaining a polished standard in every aspect of executive support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily office priorities.
- Coordinate internal communications and follow up on executive action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
- Oversee office operations, vendors, supplies, and administrative processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10-15 years of experience directly supporting a CEO and founder in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and executive-support software, including Monday.com.
- Experience handling VIPs and HNWIs, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Experience handling confidential business information with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
