Job Purpose
To lead and manage a sales operation comprising Team Leaders and Sales Executives across multiple locations, driving Credit Card acquisition, Balance Build revenue, portfolio growth, and customer engagement. The role is accountable for delivering sales, revenue, productivity, quality, and compliance targets while building a high-performance sales culture and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Result Areas
- Own and deliver Credit Card sales, Balance Build revenue, productivity, and portfolio growth targets.
- Lead and manage Team Leaders and sales teams to maximize performance, conversion, and revenue generation.
- Drive execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure optimal utilization of customer leads, databases, and marketing campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and overall team effectiveness through regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Operations, and Governance teams to support business growth and campaign execution.
- Ensure achievement of all assigned KPIs/KPAs while maintaining high standards of customer experience, service quality, and compliance.
- Provide structured feedback on customer bases, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance to improve business outcomes.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, coaching, and succession development to maintain a high-performing organization.
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, sales effectiveness initiatives, and best practice sharing.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, governance, audit, and compliance requirements across the sales operation.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and contribute to the development of new growth opportunities and customer propositions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- University Graduate
- Excellent people management skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in similar work environment in supervisory position (at least 3 years in managing people).
- Has strong Sales and customer focus and ability to think creatively and work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good team player with result driven attitude.
- Business sensitive
- Adaptable and versatile.
- Retail banking sales management skills
- Networking skills to engage with and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, and Bank Systems
- Ability to delivery against stretched targets and timelines while undertaking multiple projects
Requirements
