The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Manager in sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will actively engage with potential clients, understand their real estate needs, and align them with Meraki Group's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities through various channels.
• Client Engagement: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present Meraki Group services.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored to client needs.
• Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients, documenting interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and market insights for management review.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role (real estate experience highly preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
