Join our expanding team at Future Group and help grow our global client base in translation and localisation services. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth across multiple markets

Job Description

Your Role

As a Business Development Executive you will drive sales initiatives, develop prospect pipelines, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our localisation services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns), networking and social media outreach.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify target sectors and potential clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their localisation needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders at different levels.

• Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for new clients.

• Track and report sales activities, forecast pipelines and performance against targets using the CRM/ATS.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, language technology and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for service development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or account management; experience in language services or localisation is an advantage.

• Candidates must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia. Egyptian nationals must hold a valid Iqama.

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office; experience with ATS or sales automation tools is beneficial.

• Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach to clients.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with localisation workflows, CAT tools or language industry terminology.

• Experience selling to enterprise customers or across international markets.

• Additional languages are an advantage.
