• As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, you will be at the forefront of the UAE’s electric mobility transformation. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of brand experience and experiential marketing programmes for Denza and YangWang - two premium and ultra-luxury electric vehicle brands in the UAE market.
What You Will Do:

• Develop the annual experiential strategy and brand standards for Denza and Yangwang, ensuring clear brand differentiation.

• Plan and deliver launches, VIP experiences, roadshows, sponsorships, and other brand events from concept through execution.

• Create personalized luxury experiences that support acquisition and retention of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.

• Manage experiential agencies, suppliers, venues, contracts, and deliverables to required brand and budget standards.

• Manage experiential budgets, approvals, purchase orders, payments, spend tracking, and post-event reconciliation.

• Coordinate with digital, CRM, PR, social, internal agency, and OEM teams to deliver integrated activations and approvals.

• Complete required training, maintain professional development, and uphold Al-Futtaim values and Electric Mobility brand standards.

• Deliver activations on time, within budget, and to brand standards, with timely reporting, approvals, supplier contracting, training, and full compliance.
Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

• 5 years in experiential marketing, brand experience and events management.

• Demonstrated experience in luxury or premium brand environments is mandatory (client side or agency).

• Automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle luxury sectors strongly preferred.

• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activations.

• Communication and presentation skills.

• Valid UAE driver’s license.
About The Team:

• You will be part of a Brand Marketing team responsible for building and strengthening the Denza and Yangwang brands in the UAE. The team works collaboratively across experiential marketing, digital, CRM, PR, social media, internal agencies, and OEM stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns and premium brand experiences.
