Role Overview

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our newly established Hematology franchise. You will be responsible for jointly developing and executing operational plans for new launches in Hematology, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, build advocacy, and achieve patient-focused goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Plan Execution:
Deliver brand operational plans with speed and quality. Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and educational programs aligned with GSK policies and local regulations.
• Customer Engagement:
Spend significant time (up to 50%) in the field connecting with healthcare professionals, supporting the sales team, and gathering valuable market insights.
• Advocacy Building:
Collaborate with healthcare societies to build reputation and advocacy for GSK Hematology products.
• Compliance Adherence:
Ensure all promotional materials and activities meet GSK internal policies, country-specific regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Training and Support:
Work directly with the sales team to ensure effective training on brand messaging and promotional materials.
• Innovative Solutions:
Develop creative strategies to engage healthcare professionals and influence customer behaviors positively.Qualifications

Essential:

  • Saudi National.
  • Licensed pharmacist with valid SCFHS certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in delivering high performance.
  • Prior experience in Oncology/Hematology.Preferred:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management and organizational expertise.
  • Commercial acumen with analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Oncology/Hematology Key External Experts.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تنفيذ الخطة التشغيلية:

  • تنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية للعلامة التجارية بسرعة وجودة عالية.
  • ضمان التطبيق الفعّال للحملات التسويقية والبرامج التعليمية بما يتوافق مع سياسات GSK والأنظمة المحلية.التواصل مع العملاء:
  • قضاء وقت كبير (حتى 50٪) في الميدان للتواصل مع متخصصي الرعاية الصحية، ودعم فريق المبيعات، وجمع رؤى قيّمة عن السوق.بناء الدعم والسمعة:
  • التعاون مع الجمعيات العلمية والجهات الصحية لبناء السمعة والدعم لمنتجات GSK الخاصة بأمراض الدم.الالتزام بالأنظمة والامتثال:
  • التأكد من أن جميع المواد والأنشطة الترويجية تتوافق مع السياسات الداخلية لشركة GSK والأنظمة الخاصة بالمملكة وأطر الامتثال ذات الصلة.التدريب والدعم:
  • العمل مباشرة مع فريق المبيعات لضمان التدريب الفعّال على رسائل العلامة التجارية والمواد الترويجية.الحلول الابتكارية:
  • تطوير استراتيجيات مبتكرة للتواصل مع متخصصي الرعاية الصحية والتأثير بشكل إيجابي على سلوك العملاء.المؤهلات

أساسية:

  • سعودي الجنسية.
  • صيدلي مرخّص يحمل شهادة هيئة التخصصات الصحية السعودية (SCFHS) سارية المفعول.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قطاع الأدوية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • سجل مثبت في تحقيق أداء عالي.
  • خبرة سابقة في مجال الأورام/أمراض الدم (Oncology/Hematology).مفضّلة:
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
  • خبرة في إدارة المشاريع ومهارات تنظيمية عالية.
  • فهم تجاري (Commercial acumen) مع مهارات تحليلية جيدة.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel وPowerPoint).
  • إلمام بخبراء الأورام/أمراض الدم الخارجيين الرئيسيين (Key External Experts).
