Associate Manager – Supply Chain | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE
ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager – Supply Chain supports day-to-day supply chain operations for the Retail Discount business, ensuring product availability, timely replenishment, and efficient stock flow across stores and distribution centers. The role works closely with Commercial, Operations, and Logistics teams to maintain high service levels, reduce costs, and deliver value to customers in line with the Retail Discount promise of affordability and reliability.
ROLE PROFILE
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to ensure on-shelf availability and avoid stock-outs.
• Assist in demand forecasting by collecting sales data, market trends, and store feedback.
• Support allocation of products to stores in line with assortment and sales priorities.
• Track order fulfilment, lead times, and delivery performance, escalating delays when necessary.
• Maintain documentation for shipments, transfers, and compliance requirements.
• Work with suppliers and the Commercial team to track delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on stock availability, service levels, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Retail/FMCG or discount/value retail experience is a MUST.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good analytical skills.

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- •4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
