As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for:
ESP Applications Engineering
- Design, optimize, and recommend ESP systems for new installations and workovers.
- Perform well performance analysis, inflow/outflow modeling, pump sizing, and equipment selection.
- Prepare technical proposals, design reports, and operational recommendations.
- Monitor ESP performance and identify opportunities to improve run life and production.Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Investigate ESP operational issues and provide timely corrective actions.
- Diagnose production declines, electrical issues, equipment failures, and system inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with field operations and product line specialists to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Provide remote and onsite support during critical well interventions.DIFA Investigations & Reliability Improvement
- Participate in Detailed Incident Failure Analysis (DIFA) investigations for failed ESP systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and evaluate equipment performance.
- Track implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.Customer Engagement
- Attend regular operational, technical, and performance review meetings with Customer
- Serve as the primary technical focal point for ESP-related matters.
- Maintain close collaboration with customer engineering, production, and operations teams.
- Provide technical presentations, recommendations, and performance updates.Field & Office Support
• Maintain regular presence at customer offices and field locations as required.
• Support installation planning, commissioning activities, startup reviews, and system optimization.
• Coordinate with service delivery, field specialists, and product support teams to ensure successful execution.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in application engineering and well surveillance and optimization
- Have demonstrated experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives
- Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours
- Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training, etc.)Work in a way that works for you
