The Role
We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager to recruit, onboard, and grow affiliate partners that drive high-quality players. You’ll own the affiliate channel end-to-end: prospecting, negotiation, deal structures, tracking setup, partner optimisation, and reporting—while protecting Blitzed from fraud/low-quality traffic.
What You’ll Do
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
• Build and manage an affiliate pipeline: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing.
• Recruit across key partner types: SEO/webmasters, tipsters, deal sites, streamers, communities, media buyers, and networks.
• Negotiate and structure terms: Rev share / CPA / hybrid, geo-based tiers, performance bonuses, and exclusivity where relevant.
• Onboard partners quickly: contracts, tracking links, creatives, landing pages, promo codes, and reporting setup. Channel Growth & Optimisation
• Own partner performance: weekly/monthly check-ins, promo calendars, offer refreshes, reactivation campaigns.
• Identify what’s working (geos, offers, funnels) and scale top partners while pruning low-quality traffic.
• Work with Marketing/Design to produce conversion-focused creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Product/Payments/Support to remove friction (registration, deposit flow, KYC checks where applicable, withdrawal UX). Tracking, Reporting & Compliance
• Ensure clean attribution (UTMs/postbacks/codes), troubleshoot tracking issues fast, and maintain accurate partner reporting.
• Monitor traffic quality and risk: suspicious patterns, bonus abuse, incentivised/fake traffic, chargeback/dispute risks.
• Maintain compliance guardrails (responsible gambling messaging, no misleading claims, correct promo T&Cs).
• Own weekly/monthly reporting: FTDs, deposit volume, NGR, retention signals, CPA, ROI, partner-level profitability.
What Success Looks Like
• A clear affiliate program structure (tiers, commission models, geo strategy, promo calendar).
• 20–50 qualified partners onboarded and actively driving traffic.
• Reliable tracking + consistent reporting (partner profitability visible).
• A scalable process for recruiting, onboarding, and optimising partners.
Requirements
• 2–5+ years experience in affiliate management or performance partnerships (iGaming/crypto/fintech/e-commerce).
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort with rev share/CPA/hybrid models.
• Solid understanding of attribution basics (postbacks, UTMs, tracking links, promo codes).
• Highly organised: CRM hygiene, follow-ups, partner notes, and pipeline discipline.
• Data-driven mindset: can spot trends and make decisions from performance data.
• iGaming/casino/sportsbook affiliate experience (SEO/webmasters, networks, PPC/display affiliates).
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka or similar) and setting up postbacks.
• Knowledge of key growth geos for iGaming and common compliance constraints.
• Experience working closely with Risk/Fraud to manage traffic quality.
KPIs You’ll Own
• Active affiliates onboarded per month
• FTDs, deposit volume, NGR driven by affiliates
• Blended CPA / payback period / partner profitability
• Retention quality (repeat deposit signals, chargeback/dispute risk)
• Tracking accuracy and reporting reliability
