Administrative Manager

The role provides a full range of office management services involved in planning and organizing the activities and tasks associated with the Head of Business Banking. Holder of this role acts as a point of interface with senior people and provides guidance and direction to staff within the unit. The role holders are expected to show a high degree of initiative and discretion in their work and interactions. Job holder shall independently handle administrative problems/issues, diary management, general correspondence and unit’s records/ mail and stationery ordering systems. Job holder may also be assigned some special tasks such as information gathering and reporting from time to time. This role requires significant experience and superior PC skills along with a range of interpersonal and administrative skills.
