Key Result Areas:

• Support the planning, scheduling, and implementation of weekly and seasonal sports programs, leagues, classes, and competitions for mainstream, youth, and ladies-only categories.

• Coordinate facilities, venues, equipment, and staffing requirements, ensuring allocations and bookings are secured in advance.

• Organize and manage event logistics including registrations, facility setup, medical coverage, staffing coordination, and supplier arrangements.

• Implement program policies, operational procedures, and evaluation tools aligned with Qatar Foundation guidelines.

• Monitor day-to-day program operations, resolving scheduling or operational issues and escalating risks when necessary.

• Submit and track operational service requests through ERP, Marafiq, and the EC App to support program needs.

• Collaborate with communications teams to roll out promotional campaigns across digital and physical platforms.

• Ensure all marketing materials comply with QF brand guidelines and effectively promote participation.

• Oversee participant registration and payment processes via the EC App, ensuring accuracy, compliance with QF’s no-cash policy, and a smooth customer experience.

• Monitor and verify financial transactions and program revenues, ensuring proper documentation, transparency, and compliance with QF financial policies.

• Support annual budgeting, procurement, and supplier payments in collaboration with Finance and Programming teams.

• Maintain documentation and performance records; prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and support strategic decision-making.

• Provide dedicated reporting for specialized categories, including mainstream and ladies-only initiatives.

• Support post-event evaluations and community outreach efforts to inform program improvements and increase participation.

• Assist in mobilizing volunteers and participants to support the execution of community programs and activations.

• Ensure adherence to safety and risk management protocols, safeguarding participant welfare and escalating safety concerns promptly.

• Provide front-line support during events and activations, enhancing participant experience and ensuring smooth delivery of activities.

• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, Event Management, or a related field.

• 2–5 years in sports program delivery, community activation, or event coordination within large organizations, with demonstrated ability to plan, manage logistics, and coordinate multi-sport activities (youth and ladies-only experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of sports programming, logistics, and operational planning in dynamic, multi-activity environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, report writing, and presentation skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, customer service, and teamwork abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with familiarity in ERP systems, facility booking platforms, or event management tools.
