Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Social Media Executive our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam, USA and Dubai, all operating under the same holding group. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance and overall success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• TikTok & Short-Form Content Mastery: Own our TikTok and social media presence by conceptualizing, scripting, and producing highly engaging, trend-driven viral content.
• On-Camera Live Presenting: Serve as a key brand representative by going LIVE on social platforms, engaging directly with our community, showing your face, and answering audience questions in real time.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Shoot and slice your own content. Use mobile and desktop editing software to ensure fast-paced, high-quality audio and visual hooks.
• Influencer & Creator Management: Identify, outreach, onboard, and manage relationships with external influencers and brand ambassadors across target European regions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily social media metrics (views, engagement, conversion, Live stream retention) to iterate and optimize content performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or Digital Media Specialist with a heavy focus on TikTok. Experience in organizing events is required.
• On-Camera Confidence: Must have an established comfort level being on camera, speaking clearly, and leading live streams.
• Technical Editing Skills: Deep, hands-on experience with mobile and desktop editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) specifically tailored to fast-paced social algorithms.
• Language & Regional Profiles: Due to our target demographics, we are prioritizing candidates who are native speakers of Spanish, French, Italian, or Arabic, or candidates from English-speaking countries with native/highly fluent language capabilities.
• Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.

• Location: Office 1002, IT Plaza, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Timings: 8:30 AM or 11:30 AM

Mandatory Interview Task

All walk-in candidates must prepare and bring a short video about Rightangled (the parent company of Medetone).

• Video Duration: 15 to 30 seconds
• Content: A quick, engaging overview or creative concept highlighting Rightangled.
