We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Waiter to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring our customers get the best possible dining experience when they visit us.
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Waiter role is to provide top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience. Your priorities will be customer satisfaction, communication, and multitasking.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work swiftly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Closely cooperate with kitchen and management team
- Maintain a friendly demeanor at all times
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a waiter in hotels.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Good knowledge of the menu to assist customers
- Capability and willingness to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
