Location: Remote
Employment: B2B Contract – UK Working Hours (Flexibility Required)
Salary: $1,100 – $1,700 USD/month (based on experience and skill level)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and performance-focused Video Editor to join the growing creative team at Launch With Us.
You will be responsible for producing engaging, conversion-driven video content for some of the fastest-growing DTC and eCommerce brands. This role requires a strong understanding of social-first content, direct-response advertising, and platform-specific editing styles that drive results across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical editing skills with a deep understanding of what makes performance creative successful.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Video Editor who can help us increase creative output, maintain exceptional quality standards, and support our mission of delivering industry-leading performance creative for our clients.
You will join a collaborative creative team responsible for ideating, producing, testing, and optimising content across multiple industries and product categories.
Requirements
• Edit high-quality video content that aligns with each brand's identity, tone of voice, and objectives
• Produce a variety of creative formats including:
• UGC Advertisements
• Founder-Led Content
• Product Demonstrations
• Motion Graphic Ads
• Performance Marketing Creatives
• Social Media Content
• Optimise creative assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Apply best practices for pacing, retention, hooks, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, and Clients
• Implement client and internal feedback efficiently and accurately
• Organise project files and maintain production workflows
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform developments
• Continuously look for ways to improve creative performance and production efficiency
Requirements – Attitude

- 2+ years of video editing experience, preferably within eCommerce, marketing, or agency environments
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative principles
- Strong skills in:
- Motion Graphics
- Captions & Subtitles
- Transitions
- Sound Design
- Colour Correction & Grading
- Creative Storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
