Role Summary
Lead the successful rollout of the Core Banking Transformation Program across six countries and seven legal entities, acting as the primary bridge between country leadership and the central program delivery teams. The role is accountable for ensuring country requirements, regulatory obligations, operational readiness and business needs are fully understood, incorporated and delivered while protecting program objectives, standards, timelines and quality. The individual will own country readiness, executive stakeholder engagement, risk management and go-live preparedness, working closely with Country CEOs, COOs, regulators and TxCore leadership to ensure successful deployment and stabilization.
Core Accountabilities
- Act as the single integration point between country leadership and central program delivery across all rollout phases.
- Protect delivery execution and country readiness across scope, requirements, governance, testing, migration, cutover, change and operational readiness.
- Lead executive stakeholder management with Country CEOs, COOs, ManCos, business heads and regulators.
- Coordinate dependencies across Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Data, Testing, Migration, Change and vendors.
- Drive proactive RAID management, escalation governance and decision-making to protect go-live outcomes.
Requirements
- •Experience in Core Banking Transformation Programs
- •Ability to manage executive stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, Regulators)
- •Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and operational readiness
- •Proven track record in large-scale program delivery and stabilization
- •Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies (Tech, Ops, Finance, Risk, Legal, etc.)
