About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Uniform Room Attendant to join Jumeirah Oasis Village. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensure all garments, linens, and uniforms are cleaned, maintained, and presented in line with luxury standards and departmental SOPs, supporting the smooth daily operation of the laundry function.
• Sort, categorize, and inspect items for stains or damage, applying suitable cleaning methods to protect garment quality and integrity.
• Operate washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently, selecting appropriate cycles and settings based on fabric type and care requirements.
• Wash, dry, iron, and fold items to maintain high standards of hygiene, appearance, and overall presentation before delivery.
• Conduct quality control checks and monitor inventory levels, reporting replenishment needs, equipment issues, or maintenance requirements to supervisors.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and collaborate with team members while addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in laundry operations or housekeeping, preferably within hospitality or large operations.
• Knowledge of fabric types, stain removal methods, and safe operation of laundry equipment.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.About the Benefits
