Overview Of The Role:

• The Sales Assistant is responsible for generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience. They must ensure the store is kept clean and organized, presenting the brand positively through energetic customer interactions and compliance with company standards. Additionally, they contribute to operational duties such as visual merchandising and housekeeping as directed by the store management team.
What You Will Do:

General

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
• Create a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
• Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain cash wrap cleanliness and provide efficient service at the cash register, offering gift cards and capturing customer information.
• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.
• Assist in visual presentation standards and perform housekeeping duties as assigned.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design programs for visual merchandising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to use computer-aided design packages, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to perform some heavy lifting.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
