UAE Nationality Maintenance Technician - UHNWF

This role requires a reliable and skilled individual responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of residential facilities, while delivering high-quality service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing timely solutions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
• Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex maintenance tasks.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with family members and guests.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of new equipment and systems as needed.Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Formal training or certification in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is advantageous.
