Overview of the role
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers across our UAE showrooms, helping deliver a consistently welcoming and high-quality experience via walk-ins, phone calls, and email enquiries. You will support the Sales Department by ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently, information is provided accurately, and every interaction reflects a strong quality service culture.

What you will do
• Ā  Ā Handle customer enquiries efficiently through walk-ins, phone, and email, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive customer experience.
• Ā  Ā Welcome, meet, and greet all showroom visitors professionally, creating a strong first impression.
• Ā  Ā Provide accurate information on products and services, and guide customers to the right support when needed.
• Ā  Ā Support showroom coordination and ensure the reception/workstation and customer areas are tidy and fully operational.
• Ā  Ā Log all walk-in and phone enquiries accurately in the Fastrack system.
• Ā  Ā Prepare and submit required reports (e.g., walk-in logs, demo/test drive logs) as per agreed timelines.
• Ā  Ā Follow QHSE rules, SOPs, and emergency/evacuation procedures, and participate in safety awareness trainings.

Required skills to be successful
• Ā  Ā Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ā  Ā 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ā  Ā Customer-focused mindset with confidence handling enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Ā  Ā Professional, pleasant manner with strong interpersonal skills.

You will be part of the Sales Department and work closely with colleagues across the business to promote continuous improvement in customer service. The team is committed to building a strong quality service culture, creating a positive experience for every customer and building customers for life.
