About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trader to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong execution skills, and a proven track record of managing large flow across digital assets. This role requires an individual who thrives in fast-moving markets, understands the nuances of liquidity sourcing, and can build trusted relationships with individual and institutional clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Trade Execution & Risk Management

•
Execute large block trades through multiple venues (brokers and market makers).

•
Ensure adherence to pre-set risk limits, hedging strategies, and compliance standards.

Client Coverage & Relationship Management

•
Act as a trusted counterpart for clients (hedge funds, family offices, brokers, HNWIs).

•
Provide real-time pricing, trade ideas, and market color to clients.

•
Structure and quote bespoke deals tailored to client needs.

•
Build long-term relationships to increase client flow and retention.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

•
Stay ahead of global crypto market trends, liquidity shifts, and regulatory developments.

•
Contribute to pricing models, trading strategies, and revenue-share structures.

•
Collaborate with quant and product teams to improve pricing efficiency and execution algorithms.

Operational & Compliance Oversight

•
Ensure all trades are accurately booked, reconciled, and reported.

•
Maintain strict adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory standards in relevant jurisdictions.

•
Work closely with operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade settlements.

What We Look For In You

Experience: 3–7+ years in trading, with at least 2 years focused on crypto trading.

Markets Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital assets (spot, derivatives, stablecoins) and traditional FX/commodities experience is a plus.

Execution Skills: Proven ability to price and execute multi-million-dollar block trades with precision and low slippage.

Risk Awareness: Experience managing risk books and implementing hedging strategies (advantageous but not mandatory).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with trading platforms, APIs, and Excel/SQL/Python for trade analysis (advantageous but not mandatory).

Relationships: Established UAE network with crypto institutions, brokers, and liquidity providers preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing presence.
