Trade Revenue Expansion Business Analyst

Job Description

We are currently looking for Trade Revenue Expansion Business Analyst for our Qatar operations

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.

• Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or related functions.

• Experience in Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade.

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.

• Experience supporting revenue growth programs, product commercialization, or business development initiatives is preferred.

• Experience in trade digitization, process automation, or technology implementation projects is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes.

• Strong business analysis and requirement management skills.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.

• Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.

• Good understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.

• Knowledge of international trade flows, trade corridors, and transaction banking solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, and financial analyses.

• Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

• Excellent report writing, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English..

Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions

A. Shareholder & Financial:

• Support the execution of Trade Revenue Expansion initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic and financial objectives.

• Analyse Trade Finance revenue performance, wallet share penetration, client profitability, and utilization trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Conduct market, client, industry, and corridor analysis to support business growth strategies.
