Work in Telesales and Retentions function for Vodafone Qatar do telesales and retentions activities such as migration of prepaid customers to postpaid, upgrading postpaid customers to a higher plan and selling new Vodafone products which includes but not limited to GigaHome, New postpaid, New MBB connections.
The role is responsible to handle disconnection requests from postpaid customers and trying to retain them by resolving their issues and / or providing customers with relevant retention offers
The role is also responsible for handling multiple customer telesales tasks and activities with inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, trouble tickets and customer complaints/escalations. The role is an integral part of the COPS department.
Requirements
- •Telesales and retention experience
- •Experience with prepaid to postpaid migration
- •Experience upgrading postpaid plans
- •Sales of new Vodafone products
- •Handling disconnection requests
- •Resolving customer issues
- •Providing retention offers
- •Managing inbound/outbound calls and digital leads
Nice to Have
- •Experience in the COPS department
- •Familiarity with trouble tickets
