Overview Of The Role:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for handling parts enquiries, supporting the growth of the parts business, and optimizing conversion rates. The role involves engaging with customers through various channels, aiding parts sales teams, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, the ability to use electronic catalogues, and a proactive approach in upselling and cross-selling products to enhance revenue and market presence.
What You Will Do:
• Handle Parts enquiries via calls, emails, webchat, WhatsApp using Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).
• Provide price and availability information using Dealer Management System.
• Work closely with branches to finalize sales deals.
• Promote Spare Parts and other consumable products through upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct sales calls to onboard new customers and maintain customer relations.
• Explain product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
• Perform sales support activities like preparing quotes and sales orders.
• Manage leads through Lead Management Systems and register new customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and managing challenging situations.
• Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
• Prepare reports on spare parts calls and share updates with line manager.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective task completion.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
• Expert knowledge of Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and IVR systems.
• Ability to manage difficult situations and challenging customers effectively.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
• A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in the automotive customer support industry or as an automotive parts advisor.
• Proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).
• Experience in automotive after-sales parts/products is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and other languages like Arabic & Hindi/Urdu.
• Familiarity with technology, CRM, and IVR systems.
• Active listening skills and proper phone etiquette.
