Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Development / Learning & Development Senior Specialist to join our People team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and driving learning and talent development initiatives that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability building.
The ideal candidate has a passion for developing people, strong project management skills, and experience managing learning programs in a fast-paced, professional services or consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business and organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders and department managers.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, certifications, and development initiatives.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, course enrollments, attendance records, and learning documentation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review cycles, development planning, and probation follow-ups.
- Develop and implement talent development initiatives such as leadership development, high-potential programs, mentoring, coaching, and career development frameworks.
- Support onboarding and employee development programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation, learning effectiveness, talent metrics, and development KPIs.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions.
- Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
- Saudi Nationals ONLY.
- Experience designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning methodologies.
- Experience supporting performance management processes, including performance reviews, development planning, and competency frameworks.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintaining accurate learning records and reports.
- Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning and talent data to drive decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS, LMS platforms, or talent management systems is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.What We're Looking For
