Apt Resources is seeking friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our client's souvenir shop team in Montenegro, Europe. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers, promote and sell a variety of souvenir merchandise, provide product recommendations, process transactions accurately, maintain attractive store displays, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting souvenirs and retail products.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Recommend products and maximize sales opportunities.
- Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and store standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales, souvenir shop sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and sales-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be currently in UAE
EUR 700 net salary + tips + monthly performance bonus (2% of the outlet's revenue, shared among eligible team members) + shared accommodation
