Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and structured Supply Excellence & Operations Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional, indirect operational projects across the end-to-end supply chain. This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Quality.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with a continuous improvement mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. This role will ensure that strategic initiatives are translated into execution, delivering measurable improvements in cost, service, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Transformation

  • Lead and deliver cross-functional operational projects (indirect and strategic) across the full supply chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, CS, Quality).
  • Build and manage end-to-end project plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution of key initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Drive change management to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.Continuous Improvement & Supply Excellence
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage a Supply Excellence roadmap, aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
  • Drive improvements across key KPIs such as:
  • Forecast Accuracy & Bias
  • Inventory (DOS, Slow/Obsolete)
  • OTIF / DIFOT
  • Cost-to-Serve
  • Standardize and harmonize processes, SOPs, and best practices across regions and functions.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision making and operational discipline.Digitalization & Systems Enablement
  • Support and lead digital transformation initiatives across supply chain (Planning tools, ERP, WMS, reporting platforms).
  • Act as a business owner / key stakeholder for system implementations and enhancements.
  • Drive process automation and reporting improvements to increase visibility and efficiency.
  • Support proper user adoption, training, and continuous optimization of systems.Risk Management & Business Continuity
  • Identify and assess operational risks across supply chain (supply, production, logistics, quality, regulatory, financial).
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
  • Ensure alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and partnership across functions.Leadership Competences

Profile Requirements (Education / Experience / Skills)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Consulting roles
  • Proven experience in:
  • Project Management (PMO / transformation programs)
  • Continuous Improvement / Supply Excellence initiatives
  • Cross-functional supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics)
  • Experience with ERP systems, Planning tools, and data analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
