The Strategy & Transformation Associate Advisor is an entry-to-mid level advisory role supporting the delivery of strategy and transformation projects. The role focuses on research, analysis, and assisting in the development of strategic outputs under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in knowledge sharing and internal learning activities. Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis roles.
• Internship or experience in consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
