Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Lead and manage commercial, contracts, and project controls functions across major capital projects and programs.
• Develop and implement project controls frameworks, procedures, governance systems, and reporting structures.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and earned value analysis.
• Lead planning and scheduling activities including integrated master schedules, progress monitoring, and recovery plans.
• Manage contract administration activities including claims, variation orders, disputes, and contractual correspondence.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance to executive leadership and project delivery teams.
• Review and negotiate EPC, EPCM, PMC, consultancy, and subcontract agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Lead project risk management activities including identification, mitigation, and reporting.
• Oversee preparation of executive dashboards, KPIs, cost reports, schedule reports, and portfolio performance reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including planners, cost engineers, contracts engineers, and project controls specialists.
• Support project delivery through performance monitoring, critical path analysis, and schedule recovery initiatives.
• Participate in executive meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder management activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of change management and document control procedures.
• Support claims management and dispute resolution through detailed commercial and schedule analysis.
• Develop and track key project KPIs

• Successful delivery of projects within approved budget and schedule.

Qualifications
• Education Degree, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Years of Experience, Minimum 15–20 years of experience in commercial management, contracts management, and project controls within EPC/EPCM/PMC environments
• Technical knowledge, Primavera P6, EVM, Cost Control, Contract Administration, Claims Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Power BI, SAP, NEC/FIDIC Contracts
• Specialty, Commercial Management / Project Controls / Contracts Management / Program Management
• Training/certifications, PMP, MRICS, MCIOB, CCP, EVP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications preferred
