We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background (70%) complemented by functional expertise (30%) across Oracle EBS applications and integrations.
The candidate should have hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS customizations, workflows, integrations, and mobile frameworks, along with a good understanding of Oracle Financials and HR processes. Experience in large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite applications and solutions.
- Perform techno-functional analysis, solution design, and implementation activities across Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable ERP solutions.
- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, issue resolution, and system improvements.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF components, and custom interfaces.
- Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise development standards and best practices.
