Our Client is a well-established Restaurant group running successful and award-winning restaurants in Dubai. Currently, they are looking for Bartenders to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
ā¢ Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
ā¢ Assess customersā needs and preferences and make recommendations
ā¢ Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
ā¢ Plan and present bar menu
ā¢ Check customersā identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
ā¢ Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
ā¢ Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
ā¢ Comply with all food and beverage regulations Requirements
ā¢ Proven working experience as a Bartender
ā¢ Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
ā¢ Computer literacy
ā¢ Knowledge of a second language is a plus
ā¢ Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
ā¢ Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
