As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that meet client needs within the Building Automation sector. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of our Saudi Arabia location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall customer satisfaction and retention by providing tailored solutions and strategic insights that align with the clients' business objectives in the Building Automation industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs in building automation.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Experience in developing and executing account plans and strategies specific to building automation.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
