Job Description
• Sets up and maintains comprehensive project control systems, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), baseline budgets, and schedules.
• Captures and analyses current progress and expenditure data to assess project performance.
• Applies earned value management (EVM) techniques to evaluate cost and schedule performance and forecast Estimate at Completion (EAC) for both cost and hours.
• Conducts risk analysis and supports contingency planning to manage potential financial and schedule impacts.
• Responds to scope changes; ensures accurate integration of variations into cost and schedule deliverables.
• Prepares and delivers detailed project control reports, including performance trends and forecasts, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Collects and analyses actual cost data to monitor against funding limits and support financial planning.
• Assembles data for trend analysis and forecasting to support proactive project management.
• Performs variance analysis on cost and schedule data to identify deviations and recommends corrective actions.
• Identifies and communicates project risks with potential financial impact, escalating issues through appropriate channels.
• Understands progress/performance data and associated concepts and principles.
• Collaborates with project teams to collect progress data and review performance trends.
• Utilizes company financial systems and adhere to cornerstone processes for accurate reporting and compliance.
• Applies financial terminology, metrics, and analysis techniques to support project financial assessments.
• Develops a solid understanding of accounting principles relevant to project environments.
• Recognizes project actions that may influence financial outcomes and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Ensures compliance with internal scope control and change management procedures.
• Supports the preparation of project reports and participate in project review meetings.
• Demonstrates familiarity with earned value, scope control, and change management methodologies.
• Understands and apply scheduling and cost baseline principles to maintain project integrity and ensure effective project management.
• Assists with pricing processes and ensure alignment with company pricing policies and requirements.

Requirements
