Specialist / Consultant - Cardiovascular Surgeon in Government Sector

We are seeking qualified and experienced Specialist / Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeons to join reputed hospitals and healthcare facilities across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and surgically managing patients with cardiovascular conditions, while delivering high-quality and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and clinical assessments of cardiovascular patients.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiovascular and thoracic conditions.
• Perform cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures as appropriate.
• Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and provide post-operative management.
• Manage complex and emergency cardiovascular surgical cases.
• Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Work closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality, and clinical care.

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/MS/DNB/FRCS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Cardiovascular Surgery / Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• UK CCT in Cardiothoracic Surgery or an equivalent recognized specialist qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
• Experience in complex cardiovascular surgery, cardiac procedures, vascular surgery, or emergency cases is an advantage.
• Excellent clinical, surgical, communication, and decision-making skills.
