About the Job:

Create & develop engaging content and ensure consistent brand representation across all communication channels. The role combines strategic storytelling, content creation, graphic design, multimedia production, and brand management to support corporate objectives, enhance stakeholder engagement, and strengthen brand reputation while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

Brand Management

• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communication materials and touchpoints.
• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Review communication materials to ensure alignment with corporate branding requirements.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to maintain a unified brand presence.Content Creation

• Develop compelling content for internal and external communication channels, including digital platforms, social media, websites, newsletters, campaigns, leadership communications, and corporate publications.
• Design high-quality visual assets including presentations, infographics, digital banners, event branding, posters, reports, and communication collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches that enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and analytics.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and production partners.
• Lead the maintenance of the Company’s Photo Archive System to ensure the availability of previous graphic records.
• Stay abreast with emerging trends and best practices and make recommendations as to which of them can support achieving the Company’s goals and interests.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communications, or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in creative content creation within a large industrial organization, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent arts and graphics visualisation knowledge and skills, attention to detail.
• General understanding of programming and IT systems operations.
• Well versed in various graphic designing software, tools and techniques.
• Project management and time management skills.
• Knowledge about UAE laws and regulations, as well as local customs and protocol.
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
