Project Mechanical Engineer

At CLEAR, we are seeking a skilled Project Mechanical Engineer to be part of our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical engineering solutions across various projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze mechanical systems, components, and equipment for a diverse range of projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations for mechanical systems.
• Develop detailed engineering reports, specifications, and design calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, structural, and civil engineering professionals.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local and international engineering codes and standards.
• Oversee the procurement process for mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring that specifications are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess project status, ensure quality control, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and interns in mechanical engineering practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in the mechanical engineering field. Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and thermodynamics principles.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) applications.
• Experience in construction and on-site project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient design practices.
