Salesforce is looking for an Account Partner to join our Customer Success Group (CSG), focused on selling the full portfolio of Success Cloud offerings to designated Enterprise accounts. In this role, you serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them generate significant business value from their Salesforce investment by driving adoption and growth across their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a territory plan and personalized account plans for each customer, aligned with their business goals, to deliver year-over-year Success Cloud revenue growth.
• Engage senior decision-makers using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce as a long-term strategic partner.
• Build compelling solution visions and communicate transformative outcomes that align with customers' strategic goals and desired business results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with License Sales and Alliance/Partner organizations to drive customer success and organizational health.Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consultative sales, consistently exceeding quota in complex, enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience selling and/or delivering professional services in large-scale, complex pursuits.
• Ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across large organizations.
• Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills.Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative sales environment.
• Ability to act as a mentor and lead cross-functional teams on complex business initiatives.
• Track record of growing accounts through new and expansion opportunities.
