About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer for a 3-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end user experience design process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the UX process from discovery and research through to final delivery.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and key stakeholders onsite.
• Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across digital platforms.Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital products (web and/or mobile).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, research, and measurable impact.
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of usability standards and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be available to work onsite in Abu Dhabi for the full contract duration.
