Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs and establish tailored surgical plans
• Perform complex surgical procedures, including advanced cosmetic surgeries and reconstructive operations
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and execution of patient care protocols
• Provide mentorship and training to junior surgeons and medical staff
• Monitor patient recovery and provide ongoing support during post-operative care
• Engage in research and contribute to the advancement of surgical techniques and methodologies
• Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality
• Participate in hospital committees and contribute to the continuous improvement of surgical services Requirements
• Medical degree and board certification in Plastic Surgery with a focus on advanced practices
• Completion of a fellowship in Plastic Surgery or relevant advanced training
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in performing high-level cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries
• Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and training other medical professionals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
• A commitment to ongoing education and keeping current with advancements in the field of plastic surgery
