Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and partners, ensuring clarity and minimizing potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide insights and recommendations on improving contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of all contractual activities.
• Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams on contract policies and best practices. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in large-scale projects or the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
